About our Brand

At 7 Range Surveying, our name pays homage to a pivotal moment in American history—the first use of the Public Land Survey System (PLSS). In 1785, the “Seven Ranges” in Ohio became the initial area surveyed under this new grid system, marking the beginning of a new era in land management and exploration.

Inspired by this legacy, we are committed to upholding the same spirit of precision, innovation, and dedication that defined those early surveys. We strive to provide accurate, reliable, and professional surveying services, guided by the pioneering principles that helped shape the foundation of our nation.

At 7 Range Surveying, we honor the past while charting the future.
